A 77‑Year John Deere Legacy Goes to Auction
A 77‑Year Legacy: Our John Deere Collection Is Going to Auction
For more than seven decades, Bartron Supply has proudly served Northeast Pennsylvania as a John Deere dealer. Over those 77 years, our team, our customers, and our community helped build a collection that reflects not just a brand — but a lifetime of stories, milestones, and memories.
This winter, we’re opening that collection to the public.
From antique tractors to vintage toys, from belt buckles to bicycles, from ride‑on wagons to farm tools and artwork, our full John Deere collection is officially headed to auction. Whether you’re a collector, a lifelong John Deere fan, or someone who appreciates the craftsmanship and nostalgia of classic equipment, this is a rare opportunity to bring home a piece of Bartron history.
The Auction Is Live
Bidding is already underway online, with the first lots scheduled to begin closing at 10:00 AM on January 31st. The auction will follow a soft‑close format — meaning any bid placed within the final 30 seconds will extend the time on that item. This ensures every bidder has a fair chance to participate right up to the end.
Lots will close in groups of three, one minute apart, so bidders can follow along easily and plan their strategy.
Preview the Collection In Person
For those who want to see the items up close, we’re offering an in‑house preview January 28th through January 30th during normal business hours. Our showroom will be open for anyone who wants to walk through, reminisce, and get a firsthand look at the craftsmanship and character of these pieces.
Where to Bid
All items are available to view and bid on Proxibid.com through Lopatofsky Auction. Each listing includes photos, descriptions, and details to help you explore the collection from wherever you are.
A Moment of Reflection — and Celebration
Letting go of this collection is bittersweet. These pieces represent decades of dedication, community, and the unmistakable green-and-yellow legacy that shaped Bartron Supply from the very beginning. But it’s also a celebration — a chance for these items to find new homes, new stories, and new caretakers who will appreciate them just as much as we have.
We invite you to explore the auction, visit the preview, and join us in honoring 77 years of history.
